颈部深度烧伤早期切痂大张中厚皮片移植

Early Remove of Scabs and Transplantation with Wide Middle-Thick Shin Patch in the Deep Cervical Burn

目的：探讨颈部深度烧伤的治疗方法。方法：在伤后 3～ 7d对颈部深度烧伤切痂，立即用大张中厚皮片移植修复创面。结果：应用此方法共治疗病人 22例，所植皮片 99. 8％均成活良好，皮肤弹性正常，颈部外形及功能恢复良好，柔软度好。结论：颈部深度烧伤早期切痂植皮是把烧伤早期治疗和晚期畸形的防治相结合，早期用整形的原则修复，可以缩短病程，提高植皮成活率，避免了颏胸粘连造成的严重后果，使畸形减少到最低程度，对减轻毁容程度和对功能恢复有利。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic methods for the deep cervical burn. Methods: Immediately removing the burned scabs and transplanting a wide middle－ thick skin patch onto the burned surface three to seven days after the deep cervical burn happened. Results: 22 patients who were given the above treatment got a good therapeutic effect with a better recovery of skin out－ looking, elasticity and function.99.8％ of transplanted skin have survived well. Conclusions: As a combination of the early treatment and late prevention fron abnormality in the deep cervical burn, the early removing of scabs is beneficial to speeding up the recovery, increasing the survival rate and avolding the incidence of abnormality.
