Salter Osteotomy for Congenital Dislocation of Hips in 38 Hips

目的：观察 Salter截骨治疗先天性髋关节脱位的效果。方法： Salter截骨治疗先天性髋关节脱位 (28例 )38髋，患儿年龄 18个月～ 6岁，随访时间 1～ 4年。结果：优良率为 94. 7％，无 1例行二次骨性手术，全部达到头臼同心复位。结论：该方法对 18个月至 6岁先天性髋关节脱位者既安全又有效。

Objective: To observe the effect of Salter osteotomy for congenital dislocation of hips. Methods: 28 cases(38 hips) were given Salter osteotomy to treat their congenital dislocation of hips. The patients aged from 6 to 18 were followed up for one to four years.Results: The effective rate reaches 94.7％ without any secondary operations.All the treated hips have got a good effect of concentric reduction. Conclusions: Salter osteotomy is an effective and safe method to treat the Congenital dislocation of hips in 6 to 18 years old children.
