摘要
目的探讨坚固内固定术在下颌骨骨折的应用价值。方法收集24例下颌骨骨折病人行小钛板坚固内固定治疗,复位技术及小型钛板固定位置参考Champy方法。结果23例Ⅰ级愈合,咬合功能恢复良好,1例Ⅱ级愈合。结论坚固内固定技术在下颌骨骨折中固定可靠,减少了颌间结扎时间,较传统方法有明显优点。
Objective:To investigate the application of internal rigid fination in treating mandibular fractare Methods:24 mandibular fracture cases treated with titanium miniplate osteosythesis.Results:23 cases healing by first intention occlusion restore well.I case healing by second in tention.Conclusion:Tht miniplate osteosynthesia has the advantages over conventional treatment.
