板结构裂纹诊断方法的研究

摘要 采用近几年发展起来的时序模型法,对具有裂纹故障的薄板结构进行了实验研究。利用测得的时间历程,经离散采样,建立时序模型,然后运用模型参数,特性函数作为特征量,分析它们与薄板试件故障状态间的关系,找出对裂纹最敏感的特征量,并用它构造特征函数诊断裂纹故障。研究结果表明,利用时序模型法诊断板结构裂纹是可行的,它对工程实际有较大的应用价值。 Time series model method [1] is applied to diagnose the structural cracks in plates, and relevant experimental investigations are made. At first, a discrete sample of a time history is used to form a time series model. Then, model parameters and characteristic functions are used as the feature vectors. After the relation between the feature vectors and the condition of the crack fault of the plate has been analyzed, the most sensitive feature vector to the crack fault is found out. Finally, the feature vector is adopted to form a distinguishing function for diagnosing the cracks. The results obtained show that time series model process can be successfully used for the crack fault diagnosis of plate structures. It may be of great use value in practical constructions.
