摘要
目前应用的各种原油高含水分析仪测量不准确的重要因素之一是,油水混合呈复杂的流态.用实验分析方法.归纳了油水混合物在不同含水量及不同流速条件下对含水分析仪输出的影响规律,并从时域信号积累平均的角度提出了采用积分器和多点平均的措施。实践证明效果良好.
The conventional water in oil analyzers fail to give accurate because a mixture of oil and water exists complicated flow states. On the basis of the analysis of experimental results in the last two years, this paper concludes that the water content and flowrate affect the output of the analyzer. A method of flow state compensation is proposed by using an integrator and multi-point averaging on the basis of time-domain signal accumulative mean, and is proved effective in practice.
