摘要
塔板上的两相流动状态研究是塔板研究和设计的基础.在空气/水物系冷模塔设备上,对HTV船型浮阀塔板的两相流动状态进行了观察。根据不同气液负荷下塔板的雾沫夹带变化规律.将HTV船型浮阀塔板的两相流动状态划分为喷溅、混合泡沫和泡沫三种操作状态.应用气液负荷、塔板几何结构及物性参数对这些状态间的相互转变进行了关联.
The flow regimes and its transitions on the HTV tray were observed on the 1500mm×325 mm air/water simulator. The flow regimes can be classified into three parts: spray, mixed froth and froth regimes on the basis of entrainment rate changes. The transitions between these regimes are correlated by using gas/liquid loads, physiscal properties and the geometries of tray.
