摘要
本文以磁感应强度、每个磁化器中磁感应强度的峰数、磁处理次数(级数)和流动速度等为影响因素.以滤膜系数、透光率指数为指标.用正交试验设计法.按L_16(4~4)正交表安排试验.研究了孤东油田磁增注的优化参数.另外.以垢的溶解度和油水界面张力为指标.进行了单因素试验.综合多因素和单因素的试验结果.找出黄河原水和回注污水的磁增注优化参数.提出了磁增注的两级处理方案.按磁增注优化参数进行了矿场试验.取得了好的效果.
Optimization of parameters for enhancing injection by magnetic treatment in Gudong Oilfield were studied by orthogonal test, with magnetic induction strength, peak number, treatment times and flow velocity as effective factors, and membrane filtration coefficient and transparency index as targets. The test was carried out according to orthogonal table L16(44). In addition, single factor tests were made, taking the scale solubility and oil-water interfacial tension as the targets. According to the testing results, the optimal parameters of enhancing injection by magnetic treatment for Yellow River water and reinjected waste water were found. The magnetic treatment can be used in two stages. One is used as magnetic filter on the surface, and the other is used as injection enhancer in the well. Good results in field test were obtained.
