摘要
采用中和氧化絮凝工艺对高浓度酸性含铁废水进行了处理。用10%Ca(OH)2乳液作中和沉淀剂,Na2SiO3作助凝剂,对Ca (OH)2与Na2SiO3的配比、pH值、絮凝剂和氧化剂的投加量等条件进行了优选,并用该工艺在生产现场进行试运行,出水中各项指标均 达到国家排放标准。
The process of neutralization-oxidation-flocculation for treating acidic wastewater containing high concentrated ferrous ion has been studied. The wastewater was neutralized with mixture of lime milk and Na2SiO3, and oxidized with H2O2, followed by flocculation and settling. The ratio of lime milk and Na2SiO3, pH, and the amount of oxidant and flocculant were optimized. This process was run on site, all specifications in the effluent could meet the national discharged standards.
