试论水磨沟区生态型工业建设存在的问题及对策

Discussing The Problem and Countermater Existing in Shuimogou District's Ecological Type Industrial Construction.

针对水磨沟区生态型工业建设存在的问题 ,导出以产业产品结构调整为重点 ,发展新型产业和改造传统工业 ,合理安排工矿区的产业方向、规模、结构、布局、时序等 ,对工矿区进行必要的动态调整和整治 ,优化布局 ,协调与城市之间的各种比例关系 ,大力提高工业经济整体水平 ,加快工业企业改革 ,实现资源的有效配置 ,合理开发和持续利用 ,保护和改善生态环境 ,实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益协调发展的新型生态工业。

Point at the existing problem in shuimogou District's ecological type industrial construction,the article leads to regulating industrial product structure as focal point,developing new type's industry and reforming traditional industry,rationally arranging industrial direction,scale,structure,layou,time sequence and etc.of industrial and mining area,to carry out necessary dynamic regulation and control,optimizing arranagement,coordinating several proportional relation ship for the industrial and mining area,greatly raising whole level of industrial level,speeding up industrial enterprise reforming,realizing efficacious disposition of resources,rationally developing and sustainablely utilizing,protecting and improving ecological environment,in order to realize new typical ecological industry of coordination development of economic efficiency social efficiency and environmental efficiency.
