摘要
在油管钳的卡紧系统中.增加杠杆机构.并且对坡板的结构进行科学的设计.能够使该系统主要零部件的受力大为改善.通过对新的卡紧系统进行受力分析,建立了13元方程组.进行了编程求解.给出了精确的解题方法,同时从理论上进一步证明.本钳口卡紧系统的强度安全可靠.而且牙板不易打滑.
This study is focused on the scientific method of designing slope boards, analyzing and calculating forces in a new type of hydraulic oil pipe tongs. It provides the data necessary for calculating the strength of the parts, and proving the reliability of the grip system of the tongs.
