Infrared Encoder for CBERS-1 Satellite

The paper introduces the development procedure of one of key parts of CBERS_1 satellite, the infrared encoder. The infrared encoder was adapted computer design method, used to control the collecting of imaging data of four bands and North_pole solar calibration data, to receive engineering data from OBDH and so on.
