翅片接头对翅片管传热性能的影响

翅片管的翅片接头对传热性能有无影响,以往人们众说不一,笔者为此对含有不同接头数目的9根翅片管进行了试验。结果表明,接头越多,传热性能受影响越大,因此应尽量避免或减少接头的存在。

Effect of the fin-joint of finned tube on heat transfer performance, no unanimous conclusion can be drawn.Therefore,nine types of the finned tubes containing different joints are tested. The results have shown that heat transfer performance decrease with increasing joint amount, So that the joints should be avoided or reduced.
