摘要
本文对6000m^3、1000m^3空分装置铝镁合金设务、管道在采用手工钨极氩弧焊接中常出现的主要缺陷,分析了产生的原因,根据焊接实践经验,提出了相应的避免措施。
Some failures are often caused while tungsten-inert-gas arc welding is used by hand in alu- minium alloy equipment of 6000m^3,10000m^3 air seperation unit and pipeline.This article analyzes the causes in theory and gives the proper failure prevention measures according to welding practice.
