Accoding to practice princinple,it presents conception of three network types that are the gen- eral unit network,single project network and element network.It introduces some prineiples of stat- ic and dynamic adjustments based on transformation from non-pattern network into pattern net- work.Finally it gives the optimum network mathematical model in goal of raising efficiency of the enterprises.
