摘要
分析重庆市电力公司对退伍军人实行新的分配制度后,学员中存在的问题及其所受到的影响。肯定分配制度的改革促进了学员学习的积极性,增强了竞争意识。同时也指出,相应的管理制度和分配制度还需要最后兑现。
This paper analysis the issue consist in the students and the influence after Chongqing Electric Power Training Center implement new distribute system to the students who transferred from army.The innovation of the distribute system accelerate students learning enthusiasm and lift consciousness of competition.At the same time indicate that needs finally implement correspondence supervise system and distribute system.
