通过国内外油气生产主要指标和生产管理人数这两项综合指标的对比,分析了国内外油田整体水平及综合经济效益的差距,提出要达到国外先进水平,应抓好油田总体布局规划、节能降耗技术、计算机监控和数据采集与处理决策技术、减少生产管理人员,以及搞好综合利用等项工作。

As compared in both energy consumption per unit production and productivity, there is a great disparity in overall production level and comprehensive production effectiveness of oil fields at home and abroad. In order to approach to the advanced level, the essentials that should be stressed are the overall oil field planning, technique in energy conservation and loss minimization, computer monitoring, data acquisition and processing, and the reduction of personnel in both production and management.
