摘要
建党80年来,党成功与失败的经验和教训的聚焦点,在于有没有战斗力和凝聚力。其凝聚力和战斗力深深地凝结在80年间党的量变和质变的过程中。应对新世纪的严峻挑战和考验的关节点,必须进一步增强党的战斗力和凝聚力。为此,要围绕具体落实“三个代表”这一着力点,在提高党员素质上、在党的基层组织建设上、在反腐败净党风上下功夫。
Over the 80 years of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, the focusing point of the experiences and lessons that the Party has experienced lies in whether there are fighting capacity and cohesive-ness or not. Its cohesiveness and fighting capacity condense in the course of quantitative change and qualitative change of the Party during 80 years deeply .To tackle severe challenge and joint that test of new century order, we must strengtyen the cohesiveness and fighting capacity of the Party further.For this reason,we must resolve round implementing this impetus of 'Three Represents'concretely to improve the Party organizationally,to work hard in anti - corruption and to purify the Party conduct.
