摘要
本文根据反射和折射定律 ,通过精确计算两干涉光束的光程差 ,给出了牛顿环干涉较严格的条纹半径公式 ,并指出当透镜曲率半径较大而干涉条纹级数较小时 。
In this paper, an accurate formula of Newton′s rings radius is deduced by calculating the optical path difference of the two interference beams on the basis of laws of reflection and refraction.The result showed that the universal used radius formula of Newton′s rings could be adopted approximately when curvature radius of lens is large and ranking of interference fringe is low.
