摘要
在稀土和过渡金属元素改性的Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3催化剂上,以正丁醛或正丁醇为原料合成丁酸丁酯。在液空速LHSV=1h^(-1)、255℃、0.7MPa下,转化率大于50%,选择性92-99%。反应机理经由丁醛在水参与下歧化为丁酸与丁醇,再酯化为酯。
Over Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3 catalyst promoted by transition and rare earth metals, butyl butyrate was synthesized from butanol or butanal with over 50% conversion and 92-99% selectivity under LHSV=1h^(-1), 255℃ and 0.7MPa. The reaction mechanism was supposed to be butanal disproportionation to butanol and butyric acid, followed by esterification.
