摘要
报道了乙烷在以碱金属氯化物作为助剂的碱土金属氧化物催化剂上的氧化脱氢。试验结果表明,纯MgO或CaO都具有一定的乙烷氧化脱氧反应性能,就活性而言,MgO高于CaO,但CaO的选择性明显优于MgO,LiCl和NaCl分别对MgO和CaO具有很好的助催化作用,其中LiCl/MgO催化剂乙烷转化率和乙烯选择性分别达73.2%和84.4%。本文还考察了反应温度,原料气空速等反应条件对乙烷氧化脱氢反应的影响,并从反应角度探讨了碱金属氯化物的助催化作用。
The oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene was studied over alkaline earth oxides promoted with alkaline metal chlorides. It is found that both MgO and CaO showed moderate catalytic activity for the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane.The catalytic activity of MgO is higher than CaO, while the latter is more selective. It is also found that LiCl and NaCl added to MgO and CaO respectively can substantially enhance their catalytic activity and selectivity. LiCl/MgO exhibits higher conversion of 66.8% and selectivity of 83.8%.The effects of reaction temperature and space velocity on the oxidative dehydrogenation reaction were examined, and the roles of both alkaline ion and Cl^- were discussed.
