In the reform and opening-up historical transformation, great changes have taken place, which brings a great number of new conditions and problems to the ideological and political work of higher institutions. New changes arise in modern college students' axiological outlook. In view of the changing conditions, moral education, the foundation of all education, must be kept so as to strengthen and improve ideological and political work.
