Failure Cause Analysis of Fixed Tube Steet Heat Exchanger During Whole Heat Treatment

针对固定管板换热器整体热处理时产生残余变形及管头焊缝开裂的问题,对换热器的径向和轴向温度分布、壳壁与管子间的温差应力进行了计算,分析了变形及损坏原因,提出了整体热处理时需注意的几个问题。

This article describes the deformation and failures for the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger during whole heat treatment. The calculation are carried out for the temperature distribution along the radial direction of the heat exchanger, and for the temperature olifferential stress between the shell and tubes during heat treatment. It also analyzes the cause of the deformation and failure and suggest some mementoes for the whole heat treatment.
