积极推广科技成果 进一步提高催化裂化装置的经济效益

Take vigorous Action to Spread Technical Achievement, to Turther Raise Economic Benefits of FCCU

笔者分析我国流化催化裂化装置(FCCU)取得节能、达标和创收等成绩的同时,也指出了存在的问题。为了推动催化裂化技术的进一步发展,笔者建议应积极采用新成果。本文重点对新型旋风分离器、新型高效进料喷嘴及电液冷壁滑阀的推广应用作了介绍。

The author analyzes the energy savings, meeting specications and increasing economic benefits for FCCU in China,and points out extant problems in FCC process. To promote the further developments of FCC technology, the author proposes that a lot of new achievements in FCC process should be used actively. This paper puts emphasis on the introduction of application and disseminations for the new model of cyclone, high efficiency feed nozzle and cold-wall sliding Valve.
