硫磺工业经过多年努力,已开发出许多种成型方法。硫磺制成具有一定规格的颗粒后,可防止在装卸时产生过多的粉尘。文中介绍几种国外新的硫磺成型方法,其中有巴西石油总公司的一种简单、廉价的“土法上马”硫磺造粒系统,以及能生产高级硫磺产品的桑特维克转鼓成型法和凯塞-鲁乐玛特法。
The sulfur industry has developed many methods of moulding sulfur in- to regularly sized particles which can be handled without generating excessive amount of dus- t. In this article,some new sulfur moulding processes are reviewed,including the Brazilian Oil Company Petrobras'reports on a simple,inexpensive 'home-grown' sulfur granulation sys- tem, the Sandvik Rotoform Process, and the Karser-Rollomat Process, which can produce premium sulfur.
