摘要 二氯化镁球形载体的制备中,采用了高速旋转喷雾法。讨论了此种载体中水含量和醇含量变化对丙烯聚合催化剂性能的影响。确定了载体中含水及含醇的较佳范围,并指出二氯化镁醇合过程中加酯进行喷雾成球对载体形态和对催化剂聚合行为均不利。比较了分别以乙醇、正丁醇及正己醇作为醇合物,结果乙醇的效果最佳。 Spherical MgCl_2 supports are produced by spraying under high speed rev- olution. The effects of water and alcohol contents in the supports on its performance are dis- cussed. The optimum values of them in the supports are found. It is suggested that the addi- tion of ester during spraying has detrimental effects on the support particle morphology and olefin polymerization. The result of studies reveals that ethanol is the best for MgCl_2-alcohol complexs as compared with nC_4 and nC_6 alkanols.
