摘要
为解决环烷酸对设备腐蚀造成加氢裂化装置原料中铁离子含量超标的严重问题,扬子石油化工公司在常减压蒸馏装置改造中开发和利用了塔盘-填料混合型的干式减压塔结构,塔内部构件采用抗环烷酸腐蚀材质以及强化洗涤等措施。经过一年多的生产实践,结果表明,减压瓦斯油(VGO)中铁离子含量降至1μg/g左右,满足了加氢裂化原料对铁离子含量的要求,证明这一改造是成功的。文中详细介绍了改造中采用的工程技术措施和改造后的效果。
A plate-packed mixed type vacuum column was developed. The inter- nal structures of the column were made with anti-corrosion materials (mainly against naph- thenic acids) and measures, such as intensified washing, were also taken place. Test runs carried out in one year showed that the Fe content in VGO was reduced to a level of 1μg/g, conforming to the Fe content requirement of feed to hydrocracking unit.
