摘要
不同铼铂比的重整催化剂在性能上各有特点。为了充分发挥不同铼铂比的催化剂的性能,以CB-6(等铼铂比)和CB-7(高铼铂比)催化剂为基础,开发了两段重整新工艺,即将等铼铂比的催化剂装在前部反应器中,而高铼铂比的催化剂装于后部反应器中,其装填量为总量的50%以上,操作温度一般采用递升式。中试装置及工业装置的运转结果表明,该工艺可充分发挥这2种催化剂的优点,具有活性高、选择性好、稳定性好和抗毒物干扰能力强的特点,与单独使用CB-6或CB-7催化剂相比,在相同操作条件下,其液体收率可提高0.5~1.2w%。
A two-stage reforming process using CB-6 and CB-7 reforming catalysts in sequence has been commercially adopted. Pilot plant test and commercial operation results show that this process shows higher activity, better selectivity and stability, greater resis- tance to poisoning than the single stage using CB-6 or CB-7 alone. With the same octane lev- el,the liquid yield of the former is 0.5~1.0% higher than the latter.
