摘要
研制了一种新的La、Zn-HZSM-5催化剂,可将油田轻烃转化为苯、甲苯和二甲苯。催化剂在常压、500℃、WHSV 0.5h^(-1)的试验条件下,经69h反应,液相芳烃收率仍保持在40％左右,表现出良好的活性和稳定性,有进一步开发的价值。
A new type of lanthanum and zinc modified HZSM-5 catalyst was pre- pared and the light hydrocarbons from Daqing Oilfield were converted into benzene, toluene and xylenes in presence of this catalyst. Under operating conditions of atmospheric pressure, 500℃ and 0.5h^(-1), the catalyst was tested for 69 hours on stream with the total yield of aro- matics kept at the level of 40%, showing its good activity and stability.
