摘要
作者通过调查,对我国石化行业工序控制点的现状与存在的问题作了分析和探讨,并对石化企业的工序分析、工序控制点的设置、活动与考核阐述了自己的观点、做法和建议。
The current status and existing problems in the work of process control point in China's petrochemical industry are analyzed and discussed based upon a survey of more than 10 petrochemical enterprises. Some view points and suggestions on the process analysis, the setting of process control points and the concerned necessary activities and management are put forward.
