三种新型加氢裂化催化剂在中压下反应性能的对比

摘要 3905、3912和3901三种新型加氢裂化催化剂分别含有SSY、DAY和改性β型沸石。用同一原料油在中压下进行加氢裂化试验的结果,显示了它们的不同反应性能。3905的轻油产率高、裂环选择性好,可以得到芳烃潜含量高的重石脑油、BMCI值低的尾油和十六烷值较高的柴油;3901得到的柴油、汽油比值达3以上,可最大限度地生产优质低凝柴油;3912所得各类产品性质和产率介于3905和3901之间,可兼顾生产轻质燃料和石油化工原料,其抗有机氮性能最好,可采用单段操作,不像3905或3901那样,需与加氢精制催化剂串联使用。上述特点可供用户根据对目的产品的不同要求和装置建设的具体条件选择使用。 3905, 3912 and 3901,three newly developed hydrocracking catalysts containing SSY,DAY,and modified β zeolites respectively were evaluated with the same feed- stock under medium pressure. The experimental results indicate their different operating per- formances. 3905 catalyst,characterized by high yield of light oils and excellent selectivity for ring breaking,can be used for producing naphtha with high potential aromatic content,tail oil with low BMCI value,and diesel fuel of high cetane number. 3901 catalyst can be chosen for the maximum production of high quality diesel fuel with low pour point because of its high diesel to gasoline ratio(>3). 3912 catalyst is characterized by excellent resistance to organic nitrogen compounds and can be used in single-stage operation without hydrotreating cata- lysts as is the case for 3905 and 3901 catalysts. The yields and properties of products lay be- tween those of 3905 and 3901 catalysts and it is suitable for producing both light fuels and petrochemical feedstocks. The performance characteristics of the three catalysts mentioned above enable the users to choose the catalysts according to their products requirements and conditions of their hydrocracking units.
