催化裂化装置再生器自然水循环外取热系统不仅能节省投资和操作费用,同时可延长取热管寿命、提高经济效益,其设计优劣的技术关键是水动力计算。理想的水动力计算模型是避免水力特性多值性和管间脉动的保障。作者从理论上分析探讨了确保水力特性稳定的水动力计算方法,并结合实际设计例子阐述了水动力计算方法用于催化裂化装置再生器汽-水自然循环外取热系统设计计算的步骤和要点,供工程技术人员进行催化裂化装置再生器汽-水自然循环外取热系统设计时参考。
The external heat removal system in the regenerator of a FCC unit with sponta- neous natural circulation can not only reduce the equipment and operation costs, but also extend the service life of heat-removal pipes with a sizable economic benefit. The key of its design depends on the proper hydrodynamics calculation. An optimum hydrodynamics calculation may eliminate the change- ability of the hydrodynamic pro-perties and pevent the pulsation of heat removal. The authors have theoretically analyzed the hydrodynamics calculation method for realizing the stable hydrodynamics properties and present the procedure and main points of design method with actual cases. This article can be a reference for engineers to design the similar system.
