摘要 本文介绍了用高含氮减压蜡油在重油微反装置上考察了不同分子筛类型、不同基质类型的催化剂和不同分子筛含量催化剂的抗氮性能,及用几种酸性基质作为添加物对氮化物的捕集作用,初步比较出它们抗氮性能的差异;用氨微量量热法测量催化剂的酸性,并对它们抗氮性能的差异作了解释;用含吡啶的正庚烷在催化色谱上对稀土离子在抗氮剂中的作用进行了考察;最后以高氮进料对催化剂氮中毒失活和生焦失活的关系进行了讨论,并对催化剂的失活机理作了探讨。 The nitrogen-resistant function of three groups of catalysts containing various types of Y zeolite,various types of matrix and various concentrations of Y zeolite respectively,and the nitrogen-scavenging performance of additives of three acid matrices have been studied with vacuum gas oil containing relatively high-levels of nitrogen contuminant as feedstock on a bench scale micro-reac- tor unit. The differences of nitrogen-resistant function between them have been found and explained chiefly by acid characteristics determined with NH_3 microcalorimetric method. The role of rare-earth in nitrogen-resistant catalysts is investigated with pyridine doped normal heptane on a catalytic chromato- graphic unit. Moreover,the relationship beween catalyst deactivation due to coke-formation and nitro- gen-poisoning is discussed.
