摘要
本文对2MCL型压缩机的轴封改造进行了详尽的论述。通过对轴封系统中重要部件材质和尺寸的试验与选择,采用了适当的工艺控制方法,使密封性能达到了较高的水平。该技术可供催化裂化装置气压机的设计、制造和改造时使用。
This article presents in detail the improvement of 2MCL compressor sealing sys- tem. In this work proper methods of process control and proper construction,size and material of some important sealing parts have been tested and selected, so that the sealing performance has reached a higher level. This technique can be useful in the design,fabrication and improvement of the rich gas compressor in a FCC unit.
