辽河原油电脱盐过程中新型破乳剂的应用

本文介绍了一种新型破乳剂在辽阳石油化纤公司炼油厂电脱盐装置上应用的工业试验情况。结果表明,其脱盐、脱水、污水排放等指标完全达到中国石化总公司的标准,是辽河原油预处理的一次技术突破。

This paper presents the commercial application of a new type demulsifier in the electrostatic desalting unit in the refinery of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company. With the use of this demulsifier both the salt and water contents of the desalted crude oil and the oil content of the waste water meet SINOPEC's corresponding requirements.
