HL液压油的质量改进

IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF HL HYDRAULIC FLUIDS

为进一步提高 HL 液压油的质量、降低成本,对 HL32和 HL46液压油的基础油、配方和储存安定性进行了研究,认为以石蜡基中性油为基础油调制的 HL 液压油中,加入适量的金属减活剂后,可大幅度地提高油品的氧化安定性,降低抗氧化剂用量。同时,用酯类非硅抗泡剂可改善油品的空气释放性能。含有适量金属减活剂的 HL 液压油具有良好的质量稳定性和储存安定性。

Adding appropriate amount of metal deactivator into the HL hydraulic fluids formulated with paraffinic base neutral oil as base stock can greatly improve the oxida- tion stability of the oils and reduce the dosage of antioxidant,thus lowering the cost of the product.In the mean time,the use of non-silicone antifoaming agent in the place of silicon an- tifoaming agent can improve the air releasing property of HL hydraulic fluids.HL hydraulic fluids containing metal deactivator have excellent oxidation stability and storage stability.
