摘要
研究了用缩合法制取道路沥青。在渣油或软沥青中加入少量缩合剂,使之发生缩合、氧化等化学反应,可提高软化点,降低针入度,以达到使用要求的规格指标。考察了缩合剂及其加入量、反应温度、原料沥青对缩合沥青性质的影响。测试结果证明,缩合沥青的储存稳定性好,基本没有腐蚀性,与氧化沥青的质量大体相同。经工业放大试验和铺筑路面的3年使用试验证明,路况良好。用缩合法生产道路沥青40万 t/a,可节约费用200万元。
The production of road asphalt by condensation method has been stud- ied.By adding a small amount of condensating agent into the vacuum residue or soft asphalt to induce condensation and oxidation reactions,the softening point and penetration can be en- hanced and reduced respectively to meet the specification of road asphalt.The effects of con- densating agent,its dosage,reaction temperature and feedstocks on the properties of asphalt after condensation were investigated.Testing results have verified that the condensation as- phalt has good storage stability,is not corrosive,and has properties equivalent to air blown asphalt.The road paved with condensation asphalt produced by commercial test remains in good condition after three years.Cost estimation indicated that 2,000,000 yuans/a can be saved by producing 400,000 tons/a of road asphalt with condensation method in the place of air blowing.
