硫磺回收燃烧炉自动配风仪表线的设计和使用情况

摘要 为改变硫磺回收燃烧炉原有的单参数调节方式,优化操作条件,提高硫磺回收率,在燃烧炉前,依据酸性气的流量和其中的硫化氢浓度、烃类浓度,设计了自动配风仪表线。该仪表线的使用实现了燃烧炉调节气/风比的多参数控制,比原来的调节方式更准确、更合理、更可靠。使用结果表明,当酸性气中硫化氢浓度波动幅度达到50%时,炉温波动仅±10℃;总硫转化率提高了3~5%,尾气中污染物的排放量下降30%,年增产硫磺30t 以上。 All automatic air adjusting system was designed in accordance with the H_2S and hydrocarbon content in acid gas and the flow rate of acid gas,with which mul tipar ameter control and feed-air adjustment were then achieved.Application results have verified that it can optimize the sulfur for recovery unit operation and increase the sulfur recovery rate.This device is more accurate,appropriate and reliable than the single parameter control. The furnace temperature changes only by±90℃ when the H_2S content in acid gas ranges to 50%.The total sulfur conversion is increased by 3~5%,the blowdown of off-gas is reduced by 30%,and the sulfur production is increased by more than 30 tons/year.
