摘要 在低压精馏塔中,塔内压力变化会严重影响精馏塔的操作特性。为此,本文提出了一种新颖的精馏塔动态数学模型。通过采用塔盘压降来确定上升气量,从而巧妙地将塔压变化这一因素综合到数学模型之中,显著地提高了精馏塔动态数学模型的准确性。通过对某丙烯腈萃取精馏塔的动态计算机模拟,证实了本文所给模型的可靠性。 In the low pressure distillation columns,the variation of pressure may severely affects the operating performance of the distillation processes.To tackle this problems,a novel dynamic distillation model is derived in this paper.The variation of pres- sure is readily incorporated in the model.Therefore,the accuracy of the resulting model is significantly improved.Dynamic simulations of an acrylonitrile extractive distillation column have been done to verify the proposed model.Satisfactory results are obtained.
