夹点理论的发展和茂名二蒸馏装置换热网络改造 被引量:3

摘要 本工作应用夹点理论,特别是应用由最优夹点温差确定宏观改造目标及总组合线分析多公用工程用量等方法,对茂名石油化工公司二蒸馏装置换热网络进行再改造,使换热网络的热回收率得到显著提高。实践结果表明,原油预热终温由原来已经较高的288℃进一步提高最高可达303℃,投资回收年限为半年。 This work uses pinch theory, especialy the optimal pinch approach tem- perature and grand composite curve, to predicte the retrofit targets and multi-utilities, for the retrofitting of crude preheating heat exchanger network in Maoming Petrochemical Compa- ny. The actual retrofit results show that the coefficient of heat recovery is increased greatly, and the crude preheating temperature is raised from 288℃ to the highest of 303℃, The in- vestment payback time is only half year.
