异戊烷在Pt-Sn-碱/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂上脱氢动力学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 用自制的De-9(即Pt-Sn-减)催化剂在流动微反-色谱装置上考察了异戊烷催化脱氢动力学特性。反应条件为:温度500~580℃,压力0.1MPa(表压),空速(LHSV)40~100h^(-1),氢和异戊烷摩尔比为2:1。反应器内装80~100目催化剂0.104g。结果表明,异戊烷脱氢反应服从一级反应规律,由L-H双邻位表面反应为控制步骤的机理模型导出的动力学方程可较好地与实验数据吻合。 The kinetic behavior of isopentane dehydrogenation reaction on a De-9 (Pt-Sn-alkali/γ-Al_2O_3)catalyst prepared by the authors was investigated with a flowing mi- croreactor-chromatograph unit. The reaction conditions were: temperatures 500~580℃, pres- sure 0.1MPa,LHSV 40~100h^(-1), hydrogen to isopentane mole ratio 2:1, 0.104g of 80~100 mesh catalyst was packed in the reator. The results showed that isopentane dehydrogenation reaction on De-9 catalyst is of first order, and the process can be represented by L-H type du- al-active-site mechanism.
