柠檬酸钠法回收制硫装置尾气中SO_2的可行性

摘要 柠檬酸钠法回收制硫装置尾气中SO_2的工艺是国内外较新的脱硫技术之一,我国已于1984年建成第一套工业化装置,目前已有数套装置在硫酸厂建成。可处理尾气中SO_2含量的范围为0.3~12%,回收率一般为96~99%,当尾气中SO_2含量大于5%时,吸收率可达99%以上。该法是一种比较理想的尾气治理工艺,值得推广应用。 The recovery of SO_2 from the tail gas by sodium citrate is one of the new techniques developed both in China and abroad. The first domestic commercial plant was built in 1984 and now there are several units in operation in sulphurical acid plants in China. The process can handle tail gases with SO_2 content from 0.3% to 12% and the recovery rate is normally within 96% and 99%. When the content of SO_2 in the tail gas is higher than 5%, the recovery can exceed 99%. It is considered as an ideal tail gas handling method and is re- commended for extensive application.
