高焦炭降凝催化剂再生的工业实践 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了非临氢降凝高焦炭含量催化剂采用水蒸气-空气再生的工业实践经验。分析了再生过程主要参数(水蒸气分压、再生温度、氧气浓度、再生时间及介质空速)对催化剂活性的影响,并总结了该催化剂的再生操作方法。在催化剂再生过程中,为了更好地调节再生温度及氧气浓度,要随时观测床层的温度变化,找出造成温度分布异常的原因,及时采取调整措施,使再生后的催化剂活性可以得到较好的恢复。此再生方法对同类催化剂的再生具有指导意义。 The industrial practice of the regeneration of spent catalyst with high coke content is presented. This catalyst is used for RIPP's Selective Cracking Process. The ef- fects of regeneration parameters (steam partial pressure, temperature, time, oxygen content and velocity of regeneration gases) on catalyst activity are discussed. The procedures of re- generation operation are summarized. In order to properly adjust the temperature and oxygen content during regeneration, it is necessary to continuously observe the temperature change of the catalyst bed, find out the cause of change and promptly make adjustment, so that the activity of the catalyst can be properly rejuvenated. This practice is useful as a reference to the regeneration of other similar catalysts.
