摘要
依据钻采设备刹车装置的工作原理和热传递的基本理论,对盘式刹车工作过程的实际物理现象做了合理的抽象,建立了热物理模型和相应的热传递数学模型。在研究一般钻采设备盘式刹车工作过程的基础上,以石油大学设计、用于30t修井机的YPS20型盘式刹车为例,计算了它在连续下放油管柱时的溫度场,并阐明了它的温度特征。
According to the working principle of the braking device on drilling and production equipment and the basic theory of heat transfer, this article takes a rational abstraction of the actual physical phenomena of the disc brake in operation, establishes a thermal physical model and the corresponding thermal transfer mathematical model, and taking the disc brake on a 30t workover rig as an example, calculates its temperature field and expounds its temperature features as the disc brake is used to run continuously the tubing string.
