摘要 根据水力活塞泵工作筒氟塑料密封环的受力情况,为增加其密封性能,在O密封线以上增加一个外三角形槽,使氟环由弓形变为S形,经形状优化的氟环许用变形可增大45%,密封性能显著提高。 On the basis of force analysis of the fluo plastic working barrel seal rings in a hydraulic pump, the authors, for the sake of improving the sealing property, recommend to add a triangular groove on the outer flank above the seal line of the ring so as to make the compressed ring deformed to a 'S' shape instead of the bow shape by conventional rings. The allowable deformation of the shape-optimized rings is increased by 45% and the sealing property is improved distinctly.
