摘要
对35CrMo钢真空扩散焊接工艺参数与焊接接头抗拉强度和径向膨胀率的关系进行了试验研究。得到在最佳焊接条件(真空度为4Pa;焊接时间为1min;焊接温度为860~900℃;焊接压力为56MPa)下,抗拉强度不小于800MPa、径向膨胀率低于10%的高质量焊接接头。认为这种焊接工艺用于空心抽油杆制造是可行的。
An investigation is carried on the influence of the technical parameters of vaccum diffusion bonding of 35CrMo steel test pieces on the tensile strength and cross-section dilation of the bonded joint. High quality bonded joint with over 800 MPa tensile strength and less than 10% cross-section dilation is obtained.The result shows that the application of this bonding technique in manufacturing hollow sucker rods is feasible.
