摘要
应用断裂力学理论和实验结果,讨论了表面有横向裂纹的抽油杆寿命估算中的4类典型问题,为正确分析抽油杆断裂事故的发生提供了依据,也为抽油杆合理安全使用,旧杆再利用的可能性分析及其剩余寿命计算和制订抽油杆检测周期等方面提供参考。
Based on the theory of fracture mechanics and the results of some experiments, this article discusses four typical problems in estimating the service life of sucker rods with transversal surface cracks, provides thereby scientific basis for analyzing the crack failure of sucker rods, and affords references for correct use of sucker rods, reusing of used rods, estimating of surplus life, and determination of inspection period.
