在简述了高频感应加热用于制造弯头的基本原理后,给出了高频感应频率的选择和能耗与管壁厚度的关系。着重介绍了D_N700型高频感应加热弯管机的结构、技术参数、工艺程序及弯头产品质量的控制标准。
After a brief explanation of the basic principle of high-frequency induction heating for making elbow pipe, the relationship between frequency, power consumption and pipe wall thickness is discussed, and a detailed introduction is made on the design, technical parameters, technological procedure and product's quality control of a typical high-frequency induction heating pipe bender.
