卫燃带对炉内燃烧过程影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对煤粉炉设计与改造时卫燃带的敷设位置与面积难以准确确定的难题,提出了以锅炉热力计算为基础、用炉内燃烧过程三维数值模拟定量分析卫燃带位置与面积对炉内温度场及燃烧效率的方法,并用这种方法对某厂一台130t/h煤粉炉进行了数值模拟研究.结果表明:三维数值模拟方法可以定量地分析卫燃带对炉内温度场及燃烧效率的影响,并与实际结果比较吻合. In order to solve the difficulties encountered when determinig accurately the area and position of heat-insulation on furnace's waterwall, a three dimensional numerical modelling method of combustion process in furnaces is put forward on the basis of the conventional thermal calculation of boilers, and the method was used to simulate the furnace combustion of a 130 t/h P.C fired boiler. The modelling shows that it can analyze quantitatively the effect of the heat-insulation on temperature distribution in furnaces and combustion efficiency, and the modelling results are consistent well with the reality, therefore, it is effective and reliable.
