摘要
在电站锅炉炉水调节工艺中,有3类水工况得到广泛应用.通过化学平衡方程及数学推导,得到了3类水工况下计算炉水pH值的计算通式,获得了准确的数值解,并以图形方式展示了锅炉各种水工况下加药量与炉水pH值的关系曲线,可以作为现场操作的指导图.
There are three kinds of cycle chemistry in boiler water to adjust boiler's water pH value in thermal power station. The generall calculating model for boiler's water pH value is obtained through chemical equilibrium equation and mathematical deduction in the paper and the results of boiler's water pH value is given in graphics and validated by practice data of boiler cycle chemistry. The generall calculating model can be used to check up and forecast the changing trend of boiler's water pH value,and helps to take optimum measure in boiler cycle chemistry. The calculation results of boiler's water pH also can be a guide to practice operation in power station.
