摘要
主要论述镶齿牙轮钻头在工作中因受井下复杂载荷的影响产生牙齿脱落、磨损、断裂、破裂和剥落失效的特征和原因,根据各种失效原因从设计、加工和使用等方面提出若干措施,以延长牙齿的使用寿命。
The features and causes of peeling off and falling out, wearing and tearing, breaking and cracking of the inserted teeth on roller bits resulted from the complicated downhole conditions are discussed. Accordingly some measures for increasing tooth life from the sides of design, manufacture and application are recommended.
